Account & Login
How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up" in the top-right corner, then choose to sign up with your email or Google account. With email signup, you'll need to verify your email address. With Google, you'll be logged in instantly.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you signed up with Google, you don't have a password - just click "Login with Google".
Can I have multiple accounts?
No, our Terms of Service allow one account per person. Multiple accounts may be suspended or terminated. If you need to access different resumes, you can create multiple resumes within one account (with paid plans).
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at support@resumi.my with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We'll process your request within 30 days and permanently delete all your data as per our Privacy Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as online banking and e-wallets through Stripe. All payments are processed securely with bank-level encryption.
Is this a subscription? Will I be charged monthly?
No! All our plans are one-time payments, not subscriptions. The 7-Day Pass gives you access for 7 days after a single RM 14.90 payment. The Lifetime plan is a one-time RM 79.90 payment for forever access. No recurring charges.
Can I upgrade from 7-Day Pass to Lifetime?
Yes! If you have an active 7-Day Pass, you can upgrade to Lifetime for RM 69.90 (save RM 10). The upgrade option will appear in your dashboard. After upgrading, you get all Lifetime benefits immediately.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, refunds are handled case-by-case within 7 days of purchase for technical issues, service not matching description, or accidental purchases. See our Refund Policy for full details. Contact support@resumi.my to request a refund.

Features & AI
What are AI credits?
AI credits are used when you click AI-powered features like "Generate with AI" for job descriptions, summaries, or bullet points. Free users get 3 credits total (one-time). Paid users get 100-200 credits per day that reset daily. Each AI generation uses 1 credit.
Do AI credits expire?
For paid plans, AI credits reset daily at midnight (MYT). Unused credits don't roll over. For FREE users, the 3 AI credits are one-time and don't reset - once used, you need to upgrade to get more.
What is ATS optimization?
ATS (Applicant Tracking System) optimization checks if your resume is compatible with systems used by companies to filter applications. Our ATS Score analyzes formatting, keywords, and structure to ensure your resume passes automated screening. Available on paid plans.
How many templates are available?
We currently offer 5 professional templates. FREE users can access 1 basic template (Classic). Paid users unlock all 5 templates including Modern, Professional, Creative, and Minimalist. All templates are ATS-friendly and professionally designed.
Can I download my resume as PDF?
Yes! All users (including FREE) can download their resumes as high-quality PDF files. The PDF preserves all formatting, fonts, and layout exactly as you see in the preview. No watermarks or Resumi branding on your PDF.
Is my resume data private and secure?
Yes! Your resume data is encrypted and stored securely in our database. We never share, sell, or use your resume content for any purpose other than providing our service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data protection and PDPA/GDPR compliance.

Technical Support
Which browsers are supported?
Resumi works best on modern browsers: Chrome (recommended), Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using the latest version of your browser for the best experience. Internet Explorer is not supported.
My resume is not saving. What should I do?
First, check your internet connection. Resumes auto-save every few seconds when you're online. If the issue persists: 1) Try refreshing the page, 2) Clear your browser cache, 3) Try a different browser, or 4) Contact support@resumi.my with details about the error.
The AI is not working or giving errors
Check these common causes: 1) You may have run out of AI credits (check your dashboard), 2) Your internet connection might be unstable, 3) Temporary server issues (try again in a few minutes). If the problem continues, email support@resumi.my with a screenshot of the error.
Can I use Resumi on mobile/tablet?
Yes! Resumi is fully responsive and works on mobile phones and tablets. However, for the best resume editing experience, we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer with a larger screen.
How do I report a bug or issue?
Please email support@resumi.my with: 1) Description of the issue, 2) Steps to reproduce it, 3) Screenshots (if applicable), 4) Browser and device information. We typically respond to bug reports within 12-24 hours.

Billing & Invoices
How do I get my invoice/receipt?
After completing a purchase, you'll receive an email receipt from Stripe (our payment processor) immediately. This serves as your invoice and includes all payment details, business registration (003791654-D), and transaction ID. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
What if my payment fails?
Common reasons for payment failure: 1) Insufficient funds, 2) Card declined by your bank, 3) Incorrect card details. Try using a different card or contact your bank to authorize the payment. If the issue persists, email support@resumi.my with the error message.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! We use Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor used by millions of businesses worldwide. We never store your card details on our servers. All payment data is encrypted with bank-level security during transmission and storage.
Can I change my payment method?
Since our plans are one-time payments (not subscriptions), there's no payment method stored on file. Each purchase is a separate transaction. If you want to make a new purchase, you can use any payment method at checkout.
